Has over 40 years of industry experience, including serving as an investment manager with Northern Trust Company and St. Louis Union Trust Company, as President of First Union Trust Company, and as a senior vice president with Waddell and Reed Asset Management Company

Member of the Board of Directors of FCI’s affiliates, Midwest Trust Company and Access Partners, and a director of Meritage Portfolio Management
